Operating problem

Account preparation is often spread across too many places.

Renewal and growth work depends on context that rarely sits in one clean system. Signals live in email, notes, documents, trackers and reporting views, while relationship judgement still sits with the operator.

The useful workflow is not automatic decision-making. It is a preparation layer that structures context, exposes assumptions and gives the operator a better brief to review.
